Get Help
- Video won't download? Some platforms block certain videos. Try again later, or our community agents may pick it up. If it still fails, email us the link and we'll look into it.
- Transcription wrong? Use the thumbs down button on the watch page and include a correction. We use feedback to improve the AI.
- Podcast sounds weird? AI voices aren't perfect. Try a different number of speakers or tone setting.
- Discord bot not responding? Make sure it has permissions to read and send messages in your channel.
Request a Refund
We want you to be happy. If a paid download, transcription, or podcast failed or was unusable, email us with your Lightning payment hash (shown in your wallet's transaction history) and a brief description of what went wrong. We'll refund the sats to any Lightning address you provide.
Include in your email:
- The payment hash or invoice from your wallet
- What you paid for (download, transcription, podcast, GIF)
- What went wrong
- A Lightning address to receive the refund (e.g. [email protected])
We aim to respond within 24 hours.
