[00:00] What I wish I knew at 19 instead of 44. That thing that you've been putting off for two weeks is gonna take you 15 minutes. Go do it. It'll take 15 minutes. Use your nice stuff. Don't wait for some special occasion. The special occasion is today. Like you're alive. That's a special occasion. But if you're not using it and you don't absolutely love it, get rid of it or give it a new home. [00:20] I'm still trying to learn that one. Anyone that you're observing who seems to really have it together, they have help. They have hired help. They have family help. They have help from their friends. No one can do it all alone. Everyone builds a community. And speaking of help, it's very important to learn how to ask for help and accept it without shame. Because receiving help and giving it to others is one of the greatest joys there is in life. There might be friends who come in and out of your life. They might be around for a long time and be lifelong friends or only around for just a week. And you gotta let them come and you gotta let them go. [00:50] so personally. But if you're around someone who makes you feel bad about yourself, maybe the first time do some self-reflection. But if it just keeps happening, time to move on. Your life is happening right now. And there's a lot of joy that can be found in those little, tiny, boring moments.
